It’s been a while since I recorded anything, so I thought I’d give Hallelujah a try. My pipe band is working on this for our upcoming Robbie Burns dinner and performance. It is 5 parts, inspired by Pentatonix as well as the version that Simon Fraser University Pipe Band performed a few years ago. As it is a 5 “voice” tune written for the band, I have only looked at the melody plus the part I’m playing, so I was sight reading 3 parts.
This was recorded on my laptop, using the built in mic. Not the best for recording, but good enough for a “here’s where we’re headed” type of recording.
